At AFRODITE DECANTS, we are committed to providing a safe and high-quality shopping experience. It is important to explain your rights and the conditions for product returns or exchanges.
1. Right to Return
Customers may return or exchange products according to the timeframe set out in this policy, unless otherwise stated.
Returns are only accepted for products purchased directly from the AFRODITE DECANTS website.
2. Return Period
Products can be returned within 14 days of receipt.
In the case of a damaged product or shipping error, please contact our Customer Service immediately so we can assist you promptly.
3. Product Condition for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must:
• Be in its original packaging.
• Not have been used or damaged by the customer.
• Include all accessories, labels, and original packaging.
Please note: Products that do not meet these conditions cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. Returns/Exchanges of Samples and Decants
Returns or exchanges are not allowed for samples or decants.
5. Return Process
To return a product, please follow these steps:

2. Provide your order details and reason for the return. A receipt or proof of purchase is required for the return request to be approved.
3. Once your return is approved, send the product to our warehouse for returns:
POSIDONOS 2, Agios Tychonas, Limassol, Cyprus
4. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is damaged or the wrong item was sent by us.
6. Refunds
Once the product is received and inspected, a full refund or store credit will be issued, according to the customer’s request.
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Refund processing time: up to 14 days from receipt of the product at our returns warehouse.
7. Exchanges
Products can be exchanged for the same or higher-value items, depending on available stock.
• If the replacement product is of higher value, the difference must be paid by the customer.
• If the replacement product is of lower value, the difference will be refunded according to our return policy.
8. Products Not Eligible for Return
• Samples and decants.
• Products that have been opened or used.
• Perfumes or cosmetics removed from their original packaging (for hygiene and safety reasons).
• Products made to order or customized according to customer requests.
9. Damaged Products or Shipping Errors
In case a product arrives damaged, is sent in error, or the wrong product is delivered, please contact Customer Service immediately.
We will send a replacement product or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
